This program starts at a intermediate level but you need no experience as full training videos are provided.

The program is a intermediate to advance weight training program. So I would expect you just to follow this program and its principles.

What kind of nutrition should we expect?
The program is based on elimination of processed foods/removal of toxins/clean eating, with delicious recipes and an easy to follow 28 day meal plan.

What if I cant eat certain foods?

How much weight should I expect to lose and muscle tone will I put on?
Each individual will be different, depending on starting position, compliance plus many other contributing factors.

What kind of food will I be eating?
Recipes will be made up of eggs, meat, fish, poultry, nuts, fruit & vegetables

Will I need to buy supplements?
Yes, we use Glutamine, BCAA, Omega, Probiotic, Multi – Hemp/Pea Protein and ingredients for a nutrient dense shake in the morning for Breakfast.
