Banana Pancake Roll (No Oats)

Cook time: 5 minutes
2 egg whites
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp honey
1.Mix eggs whites, peanut butter and cinnamon in a bowl until peanut butter is broken up.
2.Pour into a non-stick pan over a medium heat and make a thin round pancake.
3.Cook until solid on the underside, flip and cook for a further minute.
Transfer cooked pancake to plate, lay banana in the centre, drizzle with honey and roll to eat
