Believe in your journey…

For me over the past few months I feel as though I’ve been operating in my outer body, when ones goes through such huge amount of emotional stress, its the feeling like you are living in flight or fight mode 24/7 which takes its toll on the body & mind.

In my view we are all spheres of energy, so for anyone going through something similar it is so important to spend your days focusing on things that are going to give you your energy back and not focusing on the past, the people involved or the situation. It is a hard thing to do I know and of course there will be days when you just cant get your head around it or out of it, but if you’re like me, you will be very fortunate to have wonderful people around you to steer you in the right direction and bring the power back to you.

When times get tough, people come to your side and your aid from everywhere and I’m so thankful that I have had the right people in my life. A way of getting over breakups, affairs, death can be doing some healing work. I went and had a Reiki session last week and can only explain it as “enlightening”, I had a huge emotional release with visuals you could say, something I’d never experienced before. After that session I had a very intuitive conversation with the practitioner, the realisation that not only am I on the right path to help people in this world but that I have an exciting journey ahead which was calming to the mind and healing to my heart.

Life is good if we look in the right spots, I’ve found focusing my time and energy on the things that matter most like my beautiful daughter, my family, my friends, my health and my successful business, has not only transformed me but given me a new meaning in life and also let me into just how purposeful I can be as a human being.

We control our lives, but we just have to remember life can be very short sometimes, so make the most of what you have and move on as best as you can. BELIEVE that the path that you are on is the right one, even though it may not feel like it at the time, it is – just have faith.

Very soon the right opportunities will come along, people you meet will be the right people and life will turn out okay. Take your mind off the situation by learning more, studying more and becoming wiser. Be kind, positive, loyal and especially love those around, because in life you get what you give.

“We are all balls when big changes, sudden endings and quick turns show up in our lives, especially after a stagnant period, it’s easy to hold your breath and tense up. It’s easy to want to panic in reaction to all of the emotions. But eventually we learn an important lesson: It’s okay to feel and feel all of it through and through” – Anonymous.
