Bite Size Cherry Cheesecake (Made from Avocado)

Base
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/4 cup dates, pitted and roughly chopped
1 Tsp Water
Filling
1 medium avocado 
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen cherrys
1 tbsp honey
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa


Method

Process the base ingredients until finely processed and starting to clump together. Add water if needed to get a thick and sticky consistency. Press the mixture into the bottom of a muffin tin.

Process or beat all filling ingredients until smooth and well combined and place on top of the base with a spoon.

Set in the freezer for 2 hours and then serve.
