From a young age I’ve always been active with exercise and sports. Gymnastics, Muay Thai Kickboxing and I also played Rugby for five years in my early twenties. I was a member of a gym on and off after that but it wasn’t till May last year that I decided to get series and start competing in fitness & Bodybuilding.

I first walked into a gym when I was 14, I went straight to the weights section and have been there ever since.. Although their was a period for a year or two in my early twenties when I was stuck to a treadmill but then I came to my senses and started lifting again and that’s when results started to happen.

I don’t like spending any longer than 45mins to 1 hour in the gym, I feel as though you can get a good enough workout is that space of time. When you have to train up to 2/3 times a day spending any longer in the gym makes life hard. My workouts are intense and I come out every time knowing that I’ve worked hard enough, so therefore it works for me.

Longest break I have had is two weeks due to an operation, I enjoyed the rest the though.

I would say probably the operation, I would just call it an obstacle, as I do believe everything happens for a reason. Taking a step back, resting and focusing on the mind can only be a good thing.

Well I currently own and run two gyms. I have a lot of people that look up to me, so therefore I turn that into my motivation to always keep myself in shape and live a healthy happy life. I want to be a proud ambassador in the health and fitness industry that people can look up to and inspire to follow.

I’m not a huge sweet tooth and the thought of junk food just doesn’t bother me anymore because when I do eat it I feel so awful the next day its just not worth it. Although I’m a sucker for things like salty peanuts and if I was out for dinner I do love my Thai food but most probably wouldn’t consider that as junk food depending on what you’re ordering.

I now have so many, but my main ones are of course Jamie Eason and Miryah Jade Scott.

Well I don’t do a lot of cardio and when I do its mainly up hill Power Walking because my knees aren’t the best. I love my HIIT workouts a lot which gives me my cardio hit.

I do cardio 6 days a week, generally power walk for 45 minutes in the morning or I jump into one of the boot camp classes (interval) down at my gym. I like to keep my cardio varied and exciting. The boot camp classes change every time, so I can get an all over workout without having to think about it. I also hit the weight hard 4 days a week.

Meal 1: Banana, Protein Shake

  1. Incorporate some type of resistance interval training!
  2. Get off the cardio machines for hours on end and start lifting weights, will give you more tone and curves for that sexy body!
  3. Love your body and it will shine through to others!
