Healthy Banana Muffin

1 Large Mashed Banana
3/4 Cup Ground Almond
1/3 Cup Chopped Dates (more if need be)
1/3 Cup Chopped Walnuts (more if need be)
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

Mash the Banana, add in all ingredients and mix well. Use either a muffin dish or tray with a tablespoon scoop for each portion. Bake for 15 minutes at 180deg or until brown. Set aside to cool down and add the icing.

Icing:
1.5 Tbsp peanut butter
2 Tsp Agave Nectar (or honey)
1 Tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder
