Kale Crisps

  • A large bag of kale
  • Coconut Oil
  • 1-2 Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt or Himalyan Rock Salt
  • 1/2 a lemon
  • Honey or Agave Nectar
Pre-heat the oven to 180deg. Pour the coconut oil over the Kale (chopped) and then add the salt and lemon juice. Massage into the Kale for a few minutes before adding the honey or Agave nectar and massaging in once again.
Spread across a baking tray and then bake in the over for 15minutes making sure you turn them over half way.
