Early afternoon/lunch
Homemade vegetable soup with a medium chicken breast

Late afternoon
Kale, beetroot and apple smoothie with a boiled egg

Evening meal
Salmon with stir fried honey bok choy and cabbage

I am trying to drink 2 to 3 liters of water per day, and I am continuing to supplement with vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, and a pregnancy all-in-one wellbeing supplement.
