1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped pecans (or nuts of choice)
1/4 Cup Honey
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Heat oven to 180 deg.Cel.
Beat eggs and honey together, Add chopped dates, nuts, almond meal & coconut and mix well
Press into slice tin lined with baking paper (mine is about 27 cm x 13 cm) and press down well.
Bake for 25 min until brown on top. Cool in tin and cut into squares.
