Protein Carrot Slice

1 1/2 Cups Almonds
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Cup of Ground Almond
2 Cups of Chopped Carrots
3 Eggs
1 Egg White
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Scoops Vanilla Whey
2 or 3 Tbsp Argave Nectar (or honey)
1/2 Tsp Baking powder

Mix all ingredients into a food processor and blend until fine.
Turn the oven on 180 and bake for 30min
Wait unit they have cooled right down and serve.
