Defrost Spinach in a non-stick pan and discard excess water.
Melt Butter over low heat and add pine nuts (or ground mixed nuts) and garlic, toasting until brown. Put in food processor with basil and pulse a few times until the nuts are broken up but not completely smooth. Add spinach, Celery Salt and pulse for bit long. Stir in Eggs. Scrape into a buttered or glass dish. Bake 20-30 minutes…. Let Cool then cut!
